Mindfulness and Trauma Healing Coaching
Coaching to heal and training to mentor.
At 142 Oasis, we go far beyond surface-level wellness, we delve deep into finding the root cause of disease, biodynamic nutrition, synthetic biology detoxing, mindset coaching, toxicant-free living, and full body flushing and cleansing in proper biological order. We empower each client to tap into their own inner wisdom, guiding them toward informed, sovereign decisions that create real and lasting transformation. Every session is built around you, your terrain, your timeline, your body's innate intelligence, because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to reclaiming your health at this level.
We listen with profound empathy, acceptance, and understanding, supporting you in crafting both a vision and the daily discipline to bring it to life. Our approach includes reflective inquiry, personalized protocol design, and dedicated sessions focused on building the fundamental behaviors, journaling, movement, nutrition, detoxification, and mindfulness that compound over time into a completely different life. Whether you are navigating chronic illness, synthetic biology burden, fertility challenges, trauma, or simply seeking to live at a higher level of vitality and clarity, 142 Oasis meets you exactly where you are and walks with you toward where you are meant to be. This is not a program. This is your journey.

Working with this program has allowed me to be more connected to my physical, emotional and mental health. I have learned that our bodies and minds are interconnected and really affect one another. Realizing this has made me more intentional in everything I do from what I am putting into my body to creating boundaries. This program's emphasis on mental health has also had a positive effect on students. I have seen first hand how this program instills a sense of self advocacy and authenticity. It instills the message that you have to actively work on your overall wellness by being your own self-advocate. This idea drives students to begin realizing that they do have control over their own lives and that they are worth it."
