Founder of 142 Oasis, Anna, embarked on her wellness journey while working internationally as an Educational Specialist.
As a Board-certified Natural Health professional, our focus is on Biodynamic Nutrition, mindset coaching, Gut healing, and guidance in whole body flushing. With extensive certifications in Mindfulness and Holistic Nutrition, alongside 200 RYT certifications and two Master's Degrees in Autism and Special Education, our approach combines a wealth of knowledge to foster healing and personal growth. 142 Oasis has evolved into a unique practice designed to help individuals overcome life's obstacles and traumas, promoting a path to wellness that emphasizes self-improvement and healing.
We prioritize moving beyond the victim mentality, aiming to identify the root causes of pain and negative unconscious patterns. You will learn how to integrate breathing, visualization, mindfulness and simple yoga movements in a classroom, home, office, or outdoors. This integrative health approach will significantly reduce stress burnout and decrease injury risk. You will have tools to increase focus, engagement, compassion, productivity, and energy along with better body posture alignment and emotional regulation in your self, students, or co-workers.
Trainings also provide an overview of nutrition as it relates to integrative wellness by learning how to reduce toxins and toxicants in food and environment which will support a healthier lifestyle. An anti-inflammatory food plan alongside movement and breathing tools will encourage greater self-awareness.
